At 12 years old Iliana decided that she wanted to become Prime Minister.  Since then she has been engaged in politics through volunteering during election campaigns, participating in the Equal Voice Mentorship Program, and staying connected with Dancing With the Octopus since 2009. Iliana is now pursuing her degree in Political Science at the University of Victoria to further her leadership goals.
