Dr. Kate Grace Frieson has a Ph.D in Politics from Monash University, Australia and has worked as an academic and research practitioner for over twenty years, advising governments – Bosnia, Cambodia, Vietnam, UN, Canada - in areas of democratization and decentralization, human rights (social, political, economic), gender equity and social justice initiatives in national development strategies, natural resource management and climate change, public health, education, civil service, as well as economic/ finance systems for the World Bank and Asian Development Bank.
